Can this treadmill be used on carpeted floor? What is the mat for?

If your home has thick, plush carpeting, placing the treadmill directly on the carpet may impair the machine's heat dissipation. In this case, you can place a non-slip mat between the treadmill and the carpet for normal use. Additionally, since treadmills are relatively heavy equipment, placing them on mats protects the floor while also reducing noise.

I'm concerned about the slanted mark on the running belt. What is it?

This is normal, it's where the belt is joined together. All treadmills have something similar and it won't affect the normal use.

Can I buy the handrail separately?

I'm sorry the handrail can't be purchased separately, as it is not removable.
